4. Outdoor patio with bench and artificial grass, ideal to disconnect.

5. Building with concierge service, ideal for receiving packages when you are not at home.

Requirements:

* 1 month deposit. * 450€ entrance fee. * Be clean and tidy. * Pets are not allowed.

These are temporary contracts (1-11 months); with flexibility to stay as long as wanted between this period.
